There is one self test error relating to something not applicable which is a missing voltage that when I looked up in the manual says it's not even supposed to be there unless it's a totally different model with modulation the 83731B !As it is solely for the modulation board! So don't worry about that, it's a firmware glitch that was fixed in later revs I found out. Don't let it bother you the unit is 100 percent flawless working  with zero real issues.
