Included options are 25 interference  analyzer   and 31  gps(which aligns the oscillator to perfect accuracy) etc...

Unit works excellent and is  accurate and flat across the spectrum and within all cal spec and freq gets aligned once it  locks satellites .   There aren't any obvious mixing products I can see compared to the bts models which is prevalent due to the compact nature of fitting a vna with a spectrum analyzer into one.

We are a repair and cal house of 25 years called test cal instruments  and just recently got heavily into these handhelds . Easily find us online for major discounts! And feel free to stop by at any moments notice! We're near la and oc California in diamond bar. A residence completely converted to a warehouse!

Gps is a must for freq accuracy tho the internal 10 MHz crystals are highly stable and drift free compared to Agilent or Rohde. Compare the specs.

.

Also the gps option keeps the frequency dead on accurate with minimal close in residual FM compared to Rohde and keysights of the same class.

These are high performance compared to Agilents, viavis, fieldfoxes and rohdes!

They all have their strengths and weaknesses. This one outperforms all competition in phase noise and brutally kills Agilents in danl ! And it has a 4 GHz preamp so the danls even better than that up to 4 GHz! See pics at 19.999 GHz killing the agilent! And just as good as a fieldfox with the preamp option!

These are designed however for pressing the settings in instead of sifting thru the spans on a whim. Agilents and rohdes do that better but at the expense of phase noise and danl performance.. these also blow the viavis and all the other imitators out of the water in every type of performance possible .

There are some typical minor unwanted mixing elements called residuals at certain frequencies like on all rohdes and agilents and viavis etc... but they're rare and usually low from the carrier so you learn how to discern from them and not notice them. But that's what you get when using a tiny and less filtered design.theres no way around that really. The performance won't be nearly as good as a 856xe or Rohde fsem  series but those things have 15 times the rf circuitry so what can you expect?

For the weight and size and convenience of a 3 hour battery cycle you can't go wrong with anritsu! It's a massive step up from a Rohde. And the close in stability and timebase is far superior to even the agilents(except for the fieldfoxes which are 4 times the price)

This has been our trusted lab unit for a year or so so we know it works great,

We also have  another 20 GHz handheld for sale.

LCD display has just been cleaned internally and a new acrylic installed as these get old and have the separation in the form of bubbling  occur often. This one will never do that. And it makes it way easier to see thru! So the display is much richer with more contrast and brightness great for viewing outdoors.
