HP  83620B with option 24 freq extension to 24.5Ghz Signal Generator Sweeper calibrated to 24.5 GHz but sweeps to 26.5(the conversion didn't go past that freq)works as a Scalar lo source machine with fast analog sweeps etc. This is a 1992 model! Passes full calibration as an 83620b with frequency extension up to 24.5 GHz . Since pics we put up an agilent badge of 26.5 GHz on it but know it's an hp year model 10 MHz to 24.5 GHz model.

We have a second unit with opt 1 attenuator and opt 8 1 hz resolution but a slightly brighter screen with less uneven wear for 500$ more or if you want to pay 500$ more we can likely put a brand new one in {a 1000$ value) .Vfds are monochrome but have much better viewing angles compared to even the newest lcds!
