This unit was built for the military so you know it's got excellent performance and endurance!

It goes up to 30 GHz all preselected . And there is a microwave preselector bypass option mpb for lower danl and faster response and acquisition times for automated purposes!

So then it has a 26.5 GHz to 40 GHz range non preselected.

It's basically a standard built fsp30 but with a freq extension option and mpb option for that extension.

If you want an fsp40(fully preselected) you can buy one from us. It's more expensive however.

These weigh only about 25 lbs! And are so small and portable it's crazy! The size is just as small as the fsv40n which we also have for sale but for 20k.

It has 1 hz res bw on fft mode . And sweeps pretty fast. Phase noise is good down low and decent up high for a little box like this. Danl is approx -138dbm at 40 GHz. There arent any preamps available on this model as they advertise it doesn't need them to achieve similar performance and  I guess preamps reduce displayed  dynamic range. -160dbm down low around 10 MHz I guess

This has the cool view a and view b screen toggle which is one of my fav things about this.

If that wasnt cool enough you can get a Rohde sensor and use this as a full fledged power meter with a super great display unlike most of the  meters out there that cost 4000$ to get the same display quality out of!

And if all that wasn't cool enough you can even use this as a full fledged noise figure analyzer with the 28v pulsed noise source power on the rear.

This is the best bargain ever!

Plus the phase noise option app runs really fast constantly updating! Very awesome too!

There are 5 different types of bw filters for different applications, it has a simple phase noise measurement menu item, etc...

The viewing angle ability and contrast   as well as brightness of the LCD are far superior to the older models like fsiq fsem zvm,etc ...

It's a massive improvement . Theres no flashing as well like all the fse series have.

In pics you see it's missing the noise fig in some shots . It's because we updated the most recent firmware to be compatible with that option , after we took most of the shots.
