HP / AGILENT 83640A 10mhz-40Ghz Signal Generator

 w/OPT 1  Attenuator and 8 the 1 hz resolution (standard is only 1khz), NIST Calibrated

Includes internal pulse and scalar modulation as well as am and FM external support and ext alc support. This does blazing fast analog ramp sweep and step sweep , it's perfect for sweeping mixers as a Lo or for scalars/vnas.

It has self calibration menus as well for future self upkeep.

Currently has front output but can move it to rear output upon request for no extra cost!

Includes opt 1 attenuator down to -—110 dbm as shown , opt 8 1 hz res is included and we have a slightly cheaper unit for sale without opt 8 if you don't need it.

This is the newer model type B model circa 1998 and has slightly higher power than our other one for sale ie: 1higher than 16 dbm to 2 GHz

, 10 dbm to 20 GHz, 8 dbm to 26.5 GHz and 4.5 dbm to 40 GHz . Now this has the attenuator and extra hardline for it so the spec is 2 to 2.5 dbm lower than the base model. Passes self tests and comes fully aligned and calibrated fresh for a 2 yr interval. 3 yr upon request.
